movieguy Posted July 15, 2005 Report Share Posted July 15, 2005 Brownie Pizza Caution - it's really rich. Aluminum foil pizza pan (disposable type) Brownie mix - the extra-rich is really good. Can of vanilla frosting, or make up your own favorite. Fresh fruit for topping - strawberries, banana, raspberries, etc. Stir up the mix as directed, pour into the pizza pan and bake according to instructions. When it is cool (I refrigerate) frost it, slice up the fruit and decorate like a pizza Cut it into wedges just like you would a pizza. It should hold together as finger food.
