movieguy Posted July 30, 2005 Report Share Posted July 30, 2005 Lumberjack Casserole Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup salt and pepper to taste garlic to taste 1 cup shredded cheese 2/3 pound spaghetti 1 medium chopped onion crushed dry bread crumbs 1 cup milk Directions: Brown ground beef and onion; drain and set aside. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; rinse. Add both soups, spices, spaghetti and cheese to ground beef. Add milk and put in a casserole. Top with bread crumbs.
