movieguy Posted September 16, 2005 Report Share Posted September 16, 2005 Chicken Fried Hamburger 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. fat, melted salt and pepper to taste Shape ground beef into flat patties; chili. Place milk and flour in 2 flat dishes slightly larger than patties. Place each hamburger patty in milk; turn over. Dip in flour. Placepatties in hot skillet with melted fat; season.
