Slow Cooker Style .. 1 1/2 lb stew beef 2 tbsp flour 4 potatoes (diced) 2 celery stalks (sliced) 3 carrots (sliced) 1 onion (chopped) 1 clove garlic (minced) 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp paprika 2 cups beef broth Cut stew beef into 1 inch cubes if necessary . Place in slow cooker and toss with flour until evenly coated . Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours .. Serves , 4 to 6 .
