Popcorn Shrimp Pizza

Serves: 6 to 8

# 1 pound store-bought pizza dough

# 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce

# 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese

# 1 box (8 ounces) frozen breaded popcorn shrimp

# 1 scallion, thinly sliced

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a 12- to 14-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Using your hands, spread the dough to cover the bottom of the pan.

2. With a fork, prick the dough 15 to 20 times. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough and sprinkle with the cheese. Top with the shrimp and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and brown.

3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the scallions. Cut and serve immediately.
