movieguy Posted May 4, 2005 Report Posted May 4, 2005 Puerto Rican-Style Piña Colada 1 can Coco Lopez (cream of coconut) 3 cups pineapple juice 1 cup Barcardi rum 1 cup ice Fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish 1. Place the first four ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into glasses, decorate with the pineapple and cherries, if desired, and serve immediately. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
