movieguy Posted July 7, 2005 Report Share Posted July 7, 2005 Hiker's Hot Dogs 1 Tbsp minced onion 1 (12-ounce) can beer 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup chili sauce 12 all-beef hot dogs, quartered 6 French rolls, split Mix onion, beer, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and hot dogs together.
