Prep Time : 12min Cook Time : 40min Type of Prep : Bake INGREDIENTS: * 1 package (8 ounces) herb-seasoned stuffing mix * 1 cup boiling water * 1/2 cup butter, melted * 1 pound ground beef * 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese * 1 egg, beaten * 1/4 cup ketchup * 1 tablespoon dried minced onion * 1 teaspoon seasoned salt * 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme * 1/8 teaspoon black pepper PREPARATION: Combine stuffing, water, and melted butter; mix well. Reserve 1 cup of stuffing mixture. Press remaining stuffing into 10-inch pie plate to form pie shell. In a heavy skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until it loses it is no longer pink; remove from heat. Stir in Cheddar cheese, beaten egg, ketchup, onion, salt, thyme, pepper, and the remaining 1 cup of stuffing mixture.
