Ingredients • 2 pounds lean ground beef • 1 6 1/4-oz. package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Beef • 1 cup water • 1/2 cup ketchup, divided • 1 tablespoon brown sugar • 2 eggs, beaten Preparation Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup ketchup in a large bowl. Shape mixture into oval loaf in 12x8 baking dish. Mix brown sugar into remaining ketchup, then top loaf.
