movieguy Posted October 8, 2005 Report Posted October 8, 2005 Salisbury Steak My Way, Fast! 1 lb ground Beef 1 Can Condensed Soup (Beefy Mushroom or Golden Mushroom) Garlic Salt Form ground beef into 4 hamburger size patties, lightly shake garlic salt onto hamburgers and fry in a skillet until well done. Remove most of the grease and add the soup to the skillet with a half of a soup can of water. Cook until soup is warm and desired thickness is achieved. Add more water for more gravy if you like.
