Christmas Yule Eggnog #1

Type:

Punch

Ingredients:

* 4 cups of Eggnog (Dairy)

* 1 1/2 cups of Blended Scotch Whisky

* 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum

Instructions:

Mix in a large punch bowl, and serve in cups. Garnish each cup with grated nutmeg. This punch makes approximately 12 servings.

Christmas Yule Eggnog #2

Type:

Hot Drink

Ingredients:

* 2 oz. Amaretto

* 2 oz. Whiskey

* 2 oz. Rum

* 6 Egg Whites (Beaten)

* 6 Egg Yolks

* 6 tbsp. Sugar

* 1 quart of Heavy Cream

* Dash of Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

Mix the liquors, the sugar and the egg yolks and let it sit for approximately 15 minutes. Then slowly stir in the cream and fold in the egg whites. Add the dah of vanilla extract to cover the taste of the whiskey. Finish by topping off each glass with a sprinkle nugmeg and a cinnamon stick. Makes 6 servings.
