Crawfish Cornbread

Crawfish Cornbread

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 eggs

1/4 cup cooking oil

1 can cream style corn

1 cup onions, chopped fine

8 oz grated cheddar cheese

3 or 4 jalapeno, chopped fine

1 lb crawfish w/fat

Mix all ingredients well, and pour into well greased pan.
