There was once a man who was traveling through the western United States, He stopped at a small town and went to the town's only saloon, there he stood at the end of the bar and ordered a beer. After taking a couple of sips, he took a cigar out of his shirt pocket and lit it. Between sips of beer he quietly blew some smoke rings. After he blew nine or ten smoke rings into the air, the door suddenly flew open and a very angry American Indian stomped in, He stomped up to the traveling stranger and said 'One more remark like that and I'll bust your face in!'
