The Caped Crusader was identified as 33-year-old Jason Hatch, a member of the group Fathers 4 Justice. The wall-walking incident comes on the heels of another member of the group who on Saturday climbed the London Eye ferris wheel dressed as Spiderman. MEXICO CITY -- Mexicans around the world are being asked to stop what they're doing tomorrow (Sep. 15) at 1 p.m. EDT and sing their National Anthem on the eve of Mexico's Independence Day. A nonprofit organization orchestrating the singing campaign say they hope offices will grind to a halt and that Mexicans as far away as in France visiting in the Eiffel Tower will join in. This year marks the anthem's 150th anniversary and on Sept. 16 the country will celebrate 194 years of independence from Spain. AMSTERDAM -- Public outcry over outdoor nookie has led the mayor of one town in the Netherlands to consider hiring a herd of cows to patrol a popular local make-out spot. The mayor of Spaarnwoude says mood-killing cows have been used to prevent public sexcapades from happening in another outdoor park south of Amsterdam, so she thinks the heifers can solve the problem for her town. LUSAKA, Zambia -- Talk about a dysfunctional family: Zambian police have arrested a man who exhumed, cooked and ate part of his grandson's corpse. Reuters reports a hunter found the man outside of the capital of Lusaka eating pieces of flesh in a graveyard.
