Mushroom-Stuffed Beef Roast

1 2-pound beef eye of round roast

1/4 cup dry white wine

8 ounces fresh mushrooms, finely chopped (3 cups)

1/4 cup water

1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed or fennel seed, crushed

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion

1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup beef broth
