Barbecue Roasted Onions and Potatoes 2 onions 8 baking or sweet potatoes 1/4 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper Preparation Instructions: Cut oions into large wedges. St. Pat's Green Chile Deviled Eggs 1 (4-ounce) can Diced Green Chiles 12 large eggs, hard boiled, chilled and peeled 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
