TalonRider Posted May 27, 2007 Report Posted May 27, 2007 Staking My Claim Chapter Thirteen by Nick Jarred had that look in his eyes again. I'd seen it so many times before that I didn't even have to ask where his mind was. Not that I would. I felt like he had gone to a place that was private, and I had no business intruding. Besides, I was concentrating on my own thoughts. The sound of the waves coming in and rolling back out had me in a trance. I wasn't watching them do their thing, though. My sights were set on the blanket of stars that were overhead, lighting the otherwise clear night sky that was a host to the warm air that made it possible for Jarred, Phillip, Kyle K, Kyle Porter and I to sleep in my backyard. It was after one in the morning, and not one of us was ready to fall asleep yet, which was a little shocking considering the large quantities of alcohol and weed we had consumed between the five of us. Earlier on, Renee had been with us, hanging on to Kyle Porter's arm and taking bong rips with the rest of us, but she had to be home by midnight. I got the impression that Kyle wanted to leave with her, at least to drive her home, but she had already called a friend for a ride. He honestly looked sullen when she left, and I smiled a little bit to myself when I thought about the depth of his feelings for her. It was obvious that they were more than just "together." They had a much closer connection than any other couple I had ever seen, besides my parents. It made me wonder if they would be husband and wife someday. Kyle K must have picked up on how his best friend was feeling, because he was at his side in a flash. Almost out of a sense of duty, it seemed, he gave him a warm squeeze on the shoulder with his left hand and messed his hair up affectionately. In reply, Kyle Porter smiled at his blonde friend and sighed, then they each cracked a beer open, toasted and proceeded to down as much as they could. After that, things seemed to flow comfortably for the next hour or so. "What are you thinking about?" I heard Phillip ask from the right of me. I turned to look at him, and I noticed that he had a glow about him that told me he was wasted. "Nothing really," I answered, sitting up from my spot and taking stock of my own sobriety. There was none. "I'm just watching the stars and enjoying my high." Phillip smiled, looked up at the sky, locked his fingers behind his head and laid back, resting his head on his hands, then he spoke again, this time to no one in particular. "I wonder where it stops." "No where," Jarred said. "It just keeps going." "Yeah but it has to start and stop somewhere, don't you think?" Phillip asked. "What happens after that?" Jarred countered. "It's just infinity. There's no beginning and no ending." "How does that make any sense?" Kyle Porter chimed in. "Everything has to start and stop somewhere." "Maybe there's another Universe," I said. "One we don't know about." "That's not possible," Jarred said. "The Universe is everything in existence. The only thing there could be out there are more Galaxies." "You guys think too f****** much," Kyle K said with a smirk, standing up and walking out toward the fence. "Here's what I think." With that, he opened the gate, unbuttoned his shorts, pulled his dick out and groaned loudly as his stream of piss shot out onto the sandy beach. His theatrical display made my insides stir a little, especially when he nonchalantly walked our way, still shaking his dripping member as if there was nothing off about walking around with his dick in his hand. When he finally put it away and sat down, we went back to our discussion about space and its boundaries. At some point while I wasn't talking, my eyes got heavy and I fell asleep. When my eyes reopened, everyone else was sleeping and I had to piss like a racehorse, so I got up and walked to the gate to access the sand. When I was done, I found my spot and settled in just in time to see Jarred sit up and look around, obviously disoriented from his slumber. He got up and walked out to the gate, obviously to do the same thing, then, with a yawn, he stretched out and walked back. When he noticed that I was still up, he grinned and sat down Indian style. "What's the matter?" he asked, leaning back to rest on the palms of his hands. "Can't sleep?" "I just got up to go to the bathroom," I answered. "I just got back when you woke up." "It's warm tonight, huh?" he said, and I nodded in agreement. "You want another beer?" "Sure," I said with a shrug. With that, he opened the small ice chest and handed me a cold can of Coors Light. When I noticed that he didn't have one for himself, I looked questioningly at him. "That was the last one," he told me. "You can have it." "You wanna share?" I offered. "Okay," he answered with a smile. Just then, Phillip rolled over onto his stomach, then he lifted himself up with his forearms and looked around, taking a deep breath. He looked over at Jarred and I, then back at the gate, then he hopped up and took care of his need while Jarred and I watched. I cracked the beer open and took the first swig, then I passed it to Jarred, who threw back a long drink. Just as he was wiping his chin with his free hand, Phillip came back over and sat down with us, so Jarred passed him the beer. "It's the last one," he said. Phillip accepted it without a word and took a drink, then he passed it my way as he let out a long breath of satisfaction, followed by a loud belch. We passed it between us one more time before Phillip polished off what was left in the can, then we reclaimed our spots on the grass and looked up at the night sky. To the left of us, both Kyle's were out like a light. They almost appeared to be curled up together, a gesture I found touching when I thought about how close they were. I smiled as I watched them sleep, turning to look at Jarred and Phillip, who seemed to be admiring the sleeping pair as well. "They're so close," I commented. "They've been best friends since Kindergarten," Phillip said. "They've been to Hell and back at each others sides." "Remember when Kyle K's mom and dad split up?" Jarred asked Phillip. "How can I forget?" Phillip answered in a sad tone. "He spent almost every night at Kyle Porter's house that summer." "What were we, eleven?" Jarred asked. "Were we even that old?" Phillip wondered. "Was it a bad divorce?" I asked them both, sitting back up. They both sat up with me and looked sadly between each other, then Phillip looked down at the grass. "It was one of the craziest things I think I've ever seen in my life," Jarred said quietly. "They split up, but his dad kept coming back everyday to fight with his mom, and he always ended up hitting her before he left." Hearing that made my stomach drop. I looked at Kyle K and wondered to myself how he came out so level headed and friendly, especially given what he went through. I couldn't imagine my mom and dad fighting with each other, and I especially couldn't imagine my dad taking a hand to my mom. Having never met his father, I somehow found myself able to hate him for what I heard. "You know what, though," Jarred continued. "Through it all, we were all there for him, but those two have a brotherly connection with each other that no one can approach. They've always been that close." "Look at the bracelet they both have on their left wrists," Phillip said, pointing to Kyle K's left arm, which was serving as a pillow for Kyle Porter's head, and took note of the hemp bracelet adorning his wrist. I shifted my gaze over to Kyle Porter's left wrist, which was resting on his best friend's shoulder, and I noticed the same hemp bracelet. "Nobody messes with Kyle K at school," Jarred said. "If they do, they have the whole baseball team on their a**. They're closer than brothers, and everyone knows it." "You guys have all been friends for so long," I commented enviously. "I've never had a best friend before." "Really?" Phillip asked with a degree of compassion in his voice that made me feel a little self-conscious. "I mean I have friends at school," I said. "But nothing like what you guys are to each other." "You know what, Andrew," Jarred said with a warm smile, wrapping an arm around my shoulder. "You've got at least two best friends right here." I returned his smile, then I smiled over at Phillip, who put his arm over my other shoulder. "And don't you forget it," he said, cupping the back of my head with his hand and running his fingers affectionately through my hair. I responded to the two of them by bringing my arms up and around their shoulders as I promised them, "I won't" "I'm not even tired anymore," Jarred said, pulling his arm back at the same time Phillip did. "Let's walk out onto the beach." Before Phillip or I could answer, he hopped up and motioned for us to follow him. When we walked through the gate and out onto the beach, I stood still, mesmerized for a moment at the site of the moonlit water as I watched the white caps of the choppy water. I was about to comment on how beautiful it looked when I felt my collar being pulled back and followed by a handful of sand being poured down the back of my shirt. I tried to react, but Jarred was too fast for me. He scrambled out toward the water, so I gamely followed him out with Phillip hot on our heals. When I felt the sand moisten under my feet, I stopped and picked up a large glob of it, then I gave chase again. Just when it looked like Jarred was going to outrun me, Phillip headed him off at the pass and I made my move, mashing as much of the wet sand as I could into the back of his neck and down his shirt. I don't know how long we horsed around on the beach, but I do know that once we were all wiped out, we headed back for my yard and that's when we saw Kyle K walking back through the gate and into the yard. By the time we made it back, he had taken his shirt off and rolled it up, then he carefully lifted his friend's head off the ground, tucked it underneath and then gently laid it back down so that he'd have a pillow. He then took a spot up against his best friend and rested his head on Kyle Porter's chest before closing his eyes, once again dead to the world. When the three of us laid down, I couldn't help but notice that Jarred and Phillip were silently communicating with their eyes. They had each taken a side next to me, and both of them were lying comfortably at my sides, making very intimate contact with me. Not in a sexual way, though, just in an almost loving way. "Lift your head up, Andrew," Phillip said with a near whisper, and I did what I was told. Before I knew it, there was a pair of arms underneath me, linked up for me to rest my head on. We didn't speak another word that night. Instead, we simply stayed silent and fed off of each other's good vibes. To the right of me was Jarred, my first love and one of my best friends. To my left was Phillip my current boyfriend and another one of my best friends. A few feet away, the two Kyle's were snuggled up and sleeping the night away, not concerned with what anyone thought about their close friendship because there was nothing to it other than the brotherly love they had for each other. I knew it was that simple for Jarred, Phillip and I, but I thought to myself that maybe it didn't have to be. We had a good thing, and somehow, I took the pledge of friendship by the two of them for me as a message that what we were doing was okay. Maybe Phillip didn't know what Jarred and I had before he and I were a couple, or maybe he did. And maybe Jarred had no idea that Phillip and I were a couple too, but he might have. The fact was, I didn't care at that moment. All I cared about was that I was spending the night in my backyard with four people I really cared about, and that gave me the security to forget about everything else for the time being and go to sleep. ____________________________________________________________________ "What is it?" I asked, shaking the small, white gift box that was adorned with silver ribbon in my hand next to my ear for any indication of what it might be. "Open it and see," Phillip said with a grin. "I got it especially for you." With that, I carefully removed the silver ribbon, then I took the top off and gasped when I realized what it was. "Oh my God, I love it," I said, removing the silver bracelet from the box and turning it over to look at the inscription on the back. The words made my heart melt. Andrew, My Heart, My Soul, My Love. As I struggled to find the words to match the feelings of love I was experiencing at that moment, Phillip's mouth covered mine and removed that burden from me. As our tongues dueled, my head spun with the sensation of being swept off of my feet once again by my sweet, thoughtful lover. He broke the kiss with a sweet smile and batted his eyes at me, then he took the bracelet from me, got down on one knee and put it around my right wrist. When he stood back up, he was still holding my right hand gently in his hands, bringing my wrist and the bracelet up to eye level to admire it before he kissed the back of my hand. "I love you so much, Andrew," he said. "You just make me so happy. I don't know how to show you how happy you make me." "I love you too, Phillip," I said, practically on the verge of tears because of the wide range of emotions I was experiencing. "I don't know what makes you so happy about me, though, because I haven't done anything for you yet." "Are you serious?" he asked incredulously, pulling me into him for a hug. "You said you'd be my boyfriend, didn't you?" "Yeah, but..." I said, but he shushed me gently and continued. "That was enough to make me happy for the rest of our lives," he said. "You made all of my dreams come true when you said yes. Now I want to do the same thing for you." With that, I melted into his arms and gazed up at him, meeting his loving eyes and realizing that he was everything I wanted and more. I puckered my lips and offered them to him once more, and as our lips met again, my mind raced with thoughts of how I could return the gesture. When we broke our second kiss, I led him to the couch and waited for him to sit, then I snuggled up to his chest and curled my legs up underneath my body. "Where did you get it?" I asked, and he smiled coyly. "Why do you want to know?" he asked in a teasing manner. "Because I want to get you one too," I said, tracing my fingers seductively along the back of his neck. "You smell good," he said, obviously trying to change the subject. "That's not the name of a store," I told him, and he gave me another coy smile. "I got it at Helzbergs," he said. "You don't have to buy me anything, Andrew." "But I want to," I said. "You always do so many sweet things for me, and I never know what to do for you." "I do them because that's what I'm supposed to do," he said, running his fingers through my hair. "I'm your man." "You are my man," I said, bringing my other arm up and leaning in to kiss him again. This time, instead of breaking our kiss, we indulged in it. Before I knew it, I was lying on my back with my legs wide open and pulling him down on top of me. We were still fully dressed, but that didn't matter to me. I was eager to feel him dominate me whether we were having sex or not, so I had no inhibitions about letting him take both of my hands on his and pinning them to the cushion underneath me as I wrapped my legs around him and bucked my hips against his. When we finally came up for air, all I could think of was how badly I wanted him to take me upstairs to my room, so I playfully groped his package and sat up. He understood the signal I was sending him, because his next move was to take me by the hand and delicately help me to my feet, then he lead me to the stairs. Once there, we stopped and picked our kiss back up, then I felt him shift his stance and reach down to sweep me off of my feet again. I smiled at him as he carried me up the stairs as if I were his bride, which was just one of his romantic gestures that I was getting used to. When we got to my bedroom door, he turned to his side and my feet, which were dangling carelessly, went through the door first. When we got to my bed, he gently laid me down so that my head was on my pillows, then he slowly started to unfasten my Polo shorts. When they were loose, I raised my hips into the air and let him guide them down, along with my boxers. Once I was nude from the waist down, I sat up and he helped me take my shirt off, then he gently guided me back down to my pillows and proceeded to undress. When he was nude, he crawled in with me and once again, we were engaged in a lip lock that had our dicks hard and my horny a** yearning to be f*****. As his tongue dominated mine, I felt his hands all over my body. His gentle caressing was making me hungrier for his love, and I thought I was going to shoot my load just from being kissed. I felt his lips leave mine, then I felt the end of his tongue painting a moist trail from my neck all the way down to my navel, where he swirled it around the outer edges, then he continued his journey downward. I felt his fingers run through my pubic bush, just above my dick, but he never made contact with my throbbing member. He knew how I felt about that, and was eager to do as I wished. I felt his tongue bypass my hardon and balls as he raised my legs into the air, and I knew what was coming. I reached up with my hands and grabbed onto my own feet to pull them back for him, then I felt his hands parting my butt cheeks and the tip of his tongue swirl around at my moist entrance, then he used it to penetrate me. I was breathless for the next five minutes as he took long, slow but hard swipes with his tongue that had me moaning and panting as I wondered when it was all going to stop. When it finally did, I was almost grateful because I was afraid I would spill my seed before he had the chance to enter me. Luckily, I was able to hang on long enough to be able to enjoy the sheer pleasure of his thickness as he lined it up to my quivering a****** and pushed it in almost effortlessly. The sheer intensity of my orgasms took its toll on Phillip, because as my a** muscles clamped violently down on his c***, he moaned and frantically tried to hang on for dear life as I came time and time again. Just as it seemed I was coming down from one orgasm, another one would rock my body and my a** would contract around his thick dick. At one point, I was sure I could relax and settle in for a nice, long lay but my body betrayed me again. I had another long series of orgasms that finally proved to be too much for my boyfriend, who gave in at last and shot a tremendous load deep inside of me as my a** squeezed every drop out of his talented hardon. Even after he stopped, my body continued to milk him intensely as we shared a sweet kiss that seemed to go on forever. When I finally calmed down, he pulled out of me and raised my legs again, this time eager to draw his load out of my body with his mouth. I let him lap at my hole until he was satisfied, then he crawled up and rested next to me. I moved so that he could have my spot on the pillow, then I collapsed in his arms and let him hold me tightly. "That was so incredible," he said, stroking my head gently. "I've never felt you that way before." "You were making me cum a lot," I said quietly into his neck, still recovering from the powerful waves of orgasms that had just shook my body. "Did it make you happy?" he asked, and I nodded my head and sighed. "Then I'm glad." "Did I make you happy?" I asked him. "You always make me happy, my love," he said gently. "I just wanted to make sure you were satisfied." "You satisfy me every time," I said. "But I didn't give you head today." "You don't have to give me head," he said. "Give me another kiss instead." I lifted my head and gazed into his eyes, then I gave him what he wanted. "I love you," he said softly when we broke our kiss, caressing the side of my cheek lovingly. "I love you too," I said, pressing my lips to his one more time. "I'm glad you're my man." "I wouldn't want to be anyone else's," he said, wrapping his arms protectively around me. "Phillip?" I said quietly. "If you're my man, what am I to you?" "I wrote it on the bracelet," he said, carefully guiding my right wrist between us and turning it so I could read it. Without looking himself, he repeated it perfectly. "You're my heart, my soul, my love," he said, kissing the back of my fingers with a loving smile on his face that assured me of one thing; the best was yet to come for Phillip and I.
