BEJING -- Callers of a suicide hotline in China are being told to wait. The "China Daily" newspaper reports that nine out of 10 callers to the Bejing Suicide Research and Prevention Center's hotline have received a busy signal since it started last year. A shortage of funds is being blamed for the hotline problems. Experts estimate four people commit suicide every minute in China.

DENVER, Colo. -- The library system in Douglas County, Colorado, is using dogs to get kids to read.
