Buffalo Burgers Recipe


Ready in: < 30 minutes

* 1 pound ground beef

* 1 can condensed tomato soup

* 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

* 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

* 4 hamburger rolls

Form beef into 4 patties, 1/2" thick.

Brown patties in a skillet until cooked. Drain off fat.

Remove patties and set aside. Stir soup and hot pepper sauce into skillet. Heat to a boil. Place the burgers back in skillet; cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Top with cheese. Place one patty on a bun and spoon soup mixture over burger; top with top bun.
