movieguy Posted April 24, 2005 Report Share Posted April 24, 2005 Barbecue Stir-Fry Prep Time: 5 min Total Time: 20 min Makes: 4 servings 1/2 cup KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin slices 2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as mushrooms, broccoli and onions 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Combine dressing and curry powder. PLACE large stir-fry pan on grate of grill. Add 2 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture and the steak to skillet. Cook and stir 5 min. or until steak is evenly browned. ADD remaining dressing mixture and vegetables to skillet. Cook and stir 5 to 10 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and steak is cooked through. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on pkg.
