EDE'S DELICIOUS TACO DIP

8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese

1 c. sour cream

1/2 c. mayonnaise

3-4 ripe avocados

3 medium tomatoes

1 c. green onions, diced

1 can ripe chopped olives

1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

2 cans bean dip

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.

2. Mash avocados and mix in lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3. To assemble: spread bean dip, layer avocado mixture, layer of sour cream mixture, on an oversized plate.

4. Sprinkle with tomatoes, green onions, olives and cheese.

Use tostitos or favorite chips to dip into this delicious dip.
