Beer Boiled Shrimp


• 12 oz. of your favorite beer

• 3 tablespoons vinegar

• 2 teaspoons celery seed

• 2 tablespoons salt

• 2 teaspoons dry mustard

• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

• 1 tablespoon pepper

• 3 lbs. shrimp, peeled and cleaned


Add all ingredients to a large pot. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 18 minutes. Drain. Can be served hot or chilled.
