You can reduce the heat level by removing the seeds from the jalapenos before starting. Ingredients • 1 lb. Colby Cheese • 1 lb. Monterrey Jack Cheese • 1 8 oz. can sliced Jalapeno • 2 Eggs Preparation Line bottom of baking pan with jalapenos (save juice). Shread cheese, and mix together. Spread over jalapenos. Whip eggs and jalapeno juice. Pour on top of cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 F. for 30 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes then serve. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
