Tuna Egg Scramble

6 eggs

1/3 cup light cream or milk

1/2 tsp. salt

1 can (7 oz.) tuna

2 tbsp. butter


Blend eggs, cream, and salt. Stir in tuna. Pour into hot skillet with butter. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until eggs are thickened but still moist.
