Tamale Loaf

1 lb ground beef

1 Tbs crisco or bacon grease

3/4 cup cooked corn

2 tsp salt

3 Tbs minced onions

1/8 tsp pepper

2 cups tomatos

1 tsp paprika

1 cup corn meal

1 tsp chili powder

2 eggs, well beaten

Brown meat in crisco or hot grease; remove to bowl. Brown onions, add tomatos. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and stir in corn meal slowly. Stir and cook for 10 min. Add remaining ingredients and only 5 Tbs. of meat mixture and blend well. Put half of mixture into greased pan, add layer of meat, top with remaining mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degree.
