Snow white Fruit Cake

Snow white Fruit Cake

1/2 lb. butter

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 c. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

4 eggs

2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour

2 tsp. baking powder

2 c. mixed candied fruit (lb.)

1/4 c. sifted cake flour

1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix all ingredient as in order.

Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

Test for doneness.
